Terms of Service

Acceptable Use
You may not use our hosting services for any illegal activities, including but not limited to copyright infringement, phishing, hacking, or spreading malware. You may not host or promote pornography or adult content, fake businesses or products, or engage in spamming. We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately without notice if you violate this policy.

Email Use
Did you know your domain can be flagged as spam if you send bulk email directly from your business email?  Because of this we have a 50 email per hour limit.  If you need to send newsletters out we recommend using a free version of MailerLite, or a comparable email server.  Our websites are designed to sync with your mail accounts so new subscribers are automatically added. 

You may not use our hosting services for spamming or unsolicited bulk email. You may not use our servers as a mailing server or to send emails to a large number of recipients. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without notice if you violate this policy.

Termination
You may terminate your hosting account at any time by providing either contacting us or logging into your account and choosing to terminate. There are no refunds for any fees paid, and payments are not prorated upon cancellation. There is no contract, and you may cancel your hosting account at any time without penalty.

Data Protection
We perform daily backups of our servers, and we also set up your website to automatically backup to your choice of online storage such as Google Drive, One Drive, or Dropbox. However, we are not responsible for any data loss due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to hardware failure, software errors, or cyberattacks.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages or losses that you may incur as a result of using our hosting services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or interruption of business.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of our hosting services, including but not limited to any infringement of intellectual property rights or violation of applicable laws and regulations.

Modification
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time.

IDX Integration
Our IDX integration service allows you to display property listings on your website that are sourced from multiple listing services (MLS). You must comply with all MLS rules and regulations regarding the display of this information on your website, as well as with the terms of use and policies of your local board of Realtors. You are responsible for ensuring that the information displayed on your website is accurate and up-to-date.
